There are many different causes of lower back pain, each of which need a detailed case history to be taken by your osteopath in order to identify the cause of your pain and the correct course of treatment.Pain can present as chronic in nature (pain or discomfort that has lasted over 12 weeks) or acute pain (recent onset, usually due to a form of trauma ie muscle strain).
